A current operation as it has been described to me recently by a very reliable source is as follows: Based (at least one base) at Tinker in Oklahoma is at least one, possibly a fleet, of four engine jets. Originally they are two engine, but have been modified for this specific mission with two additional engines. It is an E- 4(??) aka a modified Boeing 737, this type of jet is more commonly used as a presidential air force one, as an air to air refueler, as an AWACS plane. For this ongoing mission, the jet is airborne nearly continuously 24 hrs with replacement aircraft and crew shuffled in. The two additional engines sole purpose/function is to generate electrical energy / power, not for aerodynamic thrust. The amount of power generated by the two additional jet engines is enough to power a large city of one million residents - the size of Oklahoma City – lots and lots of mega watts apparently. Attached to the plane is a very long wire, five (5) miles long! The electrical energy generated by the engines is somehow transferred directly into the long wire and dissipated into the atmosphere behind the jet. The pilots must fly the plane at a continuous 45 degree banking turn, well that is nearly a one minute long 360 degree turn at that steep of a bank! Must be high high g-forces. Also, the plane would be smashing into its own wake turbulence all the time, like a boat in a long 360 degree turn. It is not flown remotely, although I would not rule this out – I am aware that at least through the late 1980’s that B-52’s were flown remote from Tinker to New Mexico daily, allowed to take off and land by remote control, no occupants – and I saw this plane on numerous occasions and my former air force sources, then involved in building drone technology, confirmed this Global Hawk type remote mission. Back to the main story:
The ostensible reason for this bizarre mission, given to the pilots, is that the energy generates ultra low frequency waves which are then used by Navy HQ to communicate continuously with the Navy submarines across the planet ( the navy being our primary nuclear line of defense out there now, rather than B-52’s) , directly through the earth and the oceans. (See your own website, see H.A.A.R.P., G.W.E.N., Tom Beardon scalar, N. Tesla, etc. re: this frequency used for weather warfare and scalar warfare). There are plans to rotate in newer fleet of aircraft into service for this mission.
Now imagine what a single plane doing this could do, with a five mile long wire, this amount of power ( enough for a city of 1 million). Now imagine a fleet. Consider also the possibility of the planes being flown in a straight line, rather than a steep bank, like the chemtrail jets which are also these same type of planes – charging up a barium chemtrail plasma with a wire going back along the chemtrail with this electricity. (Could explain the often seen shadow like line which follows beside – shifted – next to a billowing chemtrail.
Lets postulate further, like chemtrails, we cannot discern the whole of such a secretive operation. It must have a multitude of simultaneous purposes, none even remotely related to the ridiculous cover story of global sunscreening. Could embed various other packets of data, ideas, sounds, mass mind control, nano-technology. weather engineering: It could easily be envisioned that at once a huge super high pressure trough could be created within the circle of the circling jet, or alternatively, a super low pressure trough. It could interact directly, by design, with HAARP or GWEN. It would create a super charged ionized plasma by the introduction of its high power electricity source.
That is really all I know about this, and unfortunately it is not by first hand knowledge with my own eyes, but it does come from an impeccable source.
Keep this astounding and unusual mission in mind as you unravel this unwelcome mystery of weather engineering by the satanic new world order and some of their compartmentalized military servants. Although based in Oklahoma, no doubt that they can be tasked to fly about anywhere globally on any day, whichever location they needed to target as an airborne communication platform/link, or weather engineering epicenter, or mind control epicenter.
